Car

Valladolid has five main entries:

  1. East entry. The A-11, which is the beginning of the Duero motorway and links Valladolid and Soria. It is not finished yet, and is the N-122 the one which join both cities. This road links to the Soria Avenue just near the center of the city, or links too with the V-20 (East around road) that ends at the University Campus Miguel Delibes (Racket Road Cementery, the Campus is on the left margin).

  2. Southeast entry. The A-601 that links Valladolid with Segovia. Near Segovia (Segovia-Valladolid orientation), this motorway joins the AP-6 motorway (that you need to pay to use it). Upon entering Valladolid you can go by the V-20 to Avenida Soria, or continue and come to the University Campus, as in the previous case (racket Cementery Road, the campus is on the left margin).

  3. Northeast entry. The E-80, which connects Valladolid and Palencia, is a highway with high traffic density. This access is also linked to the Campus (Racket Road Cementery, the Campus is on the right margin).

  4. Northwest entry. The A-60, which connects Valladolid and Villanubla. This highway, that is recently built, joins the N-601 that goes to Leon. You can go to the University Campus by many ways, but in our oppinion the best one is going along Avenida Gijon, then take the Avenida Burgos to take the V-20, and then it's like in case 3.

  5. Southwest entry. The E-80, joins Valladolid and Tordesillas. In this municipality, the A-6 that comes from La Coruña (north) and joins the AP-6 from Madrid (south) and also joins the A-11 that connects Valladolid and Zamora. This highway continues to Salamanca. As you go into Valladolid, you can continue it (leaving Valladolid on the right) until you find the V-20 and continue as in paragraph 3 or take the V-30 and continue as in points 1 and 2.

Train

Valladolid was one of the most important railway points and is one of the oldest in Spain with the Venta de Baños one (Palencia). It is well connected with the Capital or other Province Cities of Spain, from La Coruña to Cádiz and Alicante. In Campo Grande, or also known as  Estación del Norte, you'll have a wide train service. The station is located in the center of Valladolid.
