In principle, there will be no registration fee for the attendance to the Sessions, unless the budget needs or the number of participants require it. All costs are going to be covered with the support of the GEFAM group, sponsoring companies, public institutions have also provided (with some materials and events which you can see in our "Events" tab), as well as the collaborators University of Valladolid, RSEF, RESQ...

 

We have tried that the expenses for participants are only accommodation and travel so that all of you can stay for the 3 days of the congress and thus you can enjoy, apart from educational field, the rest of extracurricular activities which we have prepared. In these lines you will find new information about what events we will organise and for which of them contributing with a bit of money will be necessary (of course, only if you want to participate), although we will try that all of them are free.

 

SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATIONS AND ABSTRACTS

 

To be able to participate in the Sessions, it is necessary that you send us, properly filled and following the instructions, both registration form and abstract. Both documents can be downloaded at the end of the page and must be sent to the following e-mail address: j2ifam2016uva@gmail.com before 1 December 2015 for registration and before 15 December for abstracts (that one who desires can send us both things together before 1 December). If you have any question, do not hesitate to write us for asking.

 

 

You must select the communication preference with which you want to participate (talk or poster) and the language (English or Spanish). Oral communications which, because of time, cannot be performed will be in poster format (although we will try that everyone who wants to offer an oral communication can do it).

 

Before 15 January you will have the answer about your kind of participation from the Committee.
